How Kratom Passport collects and uses information.

Kratom Passport (“we,” “us”) is operated by Bowman Web Services LLC, Daytona Beach, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use kratompassport.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Forms. When you submit a listing request or contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, business name, email, phone, address, website, and your message. Forms are processed by Netlify Forms.
Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
Server logs. Our host (Netlify) records standard server logs, including IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.

How we use it

To respond to your message or process your listing.
To publish the business information you ask us to publish in a listing.
To measure traffic and improve the site.
To comply with law and protect against abuse.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; this site is for adults.

We share information only with service providers that run the site for us (Netlify, Google), with our own staff and contractors, and when the law requires it. Business information you submit for a public listing is, by design, public.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove a listing. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here with a new effective date.
