Terms for using kratompassport.com and for listing a business on it.

By using kratompassport.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Bowman Web Services LLC (“we,” “us”).

1. What the Site is

The Site is an information directory. We publish summaries of state kratom laws, a directory of retail shops, and a directory of wholesale suppliers and exporters. We do not sell, ship, store, or broker kratom or any other product, and nothing on the Site is an offer to do so.

2. Adults only

The Site is intended for adults 21 and older. If you are under 21, do not use it.

Legal information on the Site is a summary compiled from public sources. It may be incomplete or out of date, and it does not cover every city or county rule. It is not legal advice. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and no listing may make health or medical claims. Kratom is not approved by the FDA for any use. Consult a licensed attorney before buying, selling, importing, or shipping kratom, and a physician about any health question.

4. Listings

  • You may only submit a listing for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for complying with every law that applies to your business, including age-verification, labeling, licensing, and shipping rules.
  • We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at any time, including for health claims, sales into banned states, or complaints.
  • Paid listings are billed in advance and are non-refundable once published, except as required by law. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Listing on the Site is not an endorsement by us and does not certify a business’s compliance, quality, or safety.

We don’t verify the products, practices, or compliance of any listed business or linked site. Any transaction you make with a listed business is between you and them.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the Site in bulk, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, and compiled data are ours. Business names and marks belong to their owners. You may link to any page.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, including legal summaries and listings. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts for Volusia County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
